Sharing with our clients the FACTS behind the Guardian success. Showing you exactly how, to become financially free. Christopher Wicks is making this his personal business to give all Australians the smarts, and the opportunity to combat these dire economic conditions, and give us all, a new lease on life.
It’s also important to us to build homes that our residents will love to live in. That’s why we spend a lot of time researching all the market opportunities and selecting locations the Guardian team would be happy to live in ourselves. First off, we build in locations that our research tells us are likely to be high growth. That means whether you’re a first home buyer, an owner-occupier, investor, or someone downsizing, your home will be an asset that will appreciate in value. From experience, we know that investors enjoy superior rental yields.
We strive for lot sizes that give you a comfortable living space and make sure you’re not within touching distance of your neighbour’s house. We also insist on architecturally-designed plans, so you can be confident that every aspect of your home is thoughtfully considered. This includes family-orientated designs, including options for dual living if you are an extended family.
Finally, we price our homes to be affordable – usually in the $370,000 to $525,000 range. This doesn’t mean we scrimp on quality though; we actually use top-brand fixtures and fittings.
