If there are any Additional Clauses for Building Contracts, (for example, to allow for substantial price rises in timber building products and steel building products), these will be clearly defined for you in easy to understand English so you and your bank know exactly where you stand.

You can be confident that every part of your home is checked and validated by independent inspectors as your build progresses. We even send out one of our representatives 12 months after your new home as been completed, to check for any potential defects or issues, and to say hello and see how you’re doing.

We work with leading architects, Lightwave International. Each floor plan is carefully thought through and designed to optimise the space and living conditions in your new home. We know how well each floor plan works because we’ve used them time and time again and sometimes, we modify them to suit your needs. We’ve worked with NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and adapted plans for elements like wider hallways and doorframes, lower countertops, wheelchair friendly accessibility and aides for the sight impaired. There’s no need we cannot reasonably meet.
High-End Inclusions.
We offer top-quality finishing’s as standard but keep our prices affordable. Our clear agreements make sure you know exactly what you’re getting and how much it will cost.
