✔ VISUALISE IT WITH PICTURES: Download some of your favourite pictures from the internet or pin them to a site like Pinterest. What a great way to get inspiration. You could also create a vision board, a dream board, or mood board or whatever you want to call it, with all the images you like collected from magazines, then glued or pinned onto a board. (I actually decoupaged a guitar many years ago with the images I really loved, and I’m currently living all of them right now). You could collect digital images and put them into a folder on your computer or phone and then when you’re ready, turn them into a gallery slideshow, or a screensaver or something that is in your line of sight fairly often. There’s nothing quite like visual reminders of the things that make us smile when we see them. I bet you’ve already started doing some of those things 😉

✔ IMAGINE HOW NICE IT WILL BE: A space to call your own, something worthwhile to really focus upon, to plan having guests or parties or family get-togethers or Christmas lunches or maybe just a quiet and peaceful place to get-away-from-it-all. You could make it feel and look like a resort, so that owning your own beautiful home is better than going on a holiday. Consider all the things that matter most to you.
