I smile a lot, even when I’m asleep. Mwah!!! But seriously, I came on-board to work with Guardian Master Builders (GMB), after the builder constructing my home right across the road from this office, went broke. These guys helped me navigate my way through the claims process, which relieved some of the stress that’s caused from the thought of potentially losing ALL your deposit and your down payments. The situation is still resolving itself, but the insight I’ve gained because of it, is priceless.

My first New-Home-Build experience certainly made me wiser to what can go wrong, and what we can all do to make sure we choose the construction company (or independent builder) who has their systems appropriately handled, their hiring of labour and trades in check, and their expenses well managed. Whilst experience is the best teacher, each time I prevent one more person from going through what I went through – I feel like it was worth it.
